Local infection control support group for age-related residential care nurses.   The WIS group Waikato Infection control Support group started in early 2000, to support facilities in developing their own infection control policy and procedures.  The group meets bi-monthly to discuss current infeciton control best practice, training, peer support.  They also have invited guest speakers and a yahoo WISS group wiss2014@yahoogroups.com .  More information is available from Roy Nadela (Roy.Nadela@rrcl.co.nz) or Corrie Bronkhorst (Corrie.Bronkhorst@rrcl.co.nz).
